Description
The BladeAssure Engineering Leader is a technical leadership role responsible for the sustained performance, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, standardization, training, and implementation of BladeAssure technologies across TPI’s manufacturing footprint. The role leads complex system investigations, coordinates subject-matter experts, supports new product introductions and technology trials, and mentors site engineering and production teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least seven years of related engineering experience including three years in a lead engineering role supporting automation or process technologies, and the ability to work on the factory floor and travel between manufacturing sites.
