This is a development program designed to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. As a Leader-in-Training (LIT), you will gain hands-on experience in store operations under the guidance of a Team Leader and District Manager. Responsibilities include demonstrating core values, completing training, identifying sales growth opportunities, managing inventory, performing key administrative tasks like opening/closing and cash control, building supervisory skills, supporting company-wide initiatives, communicating with managers, ensuring a safe store environment, and making business decisions.
