RH is seeking a Leader of Inventory Procurement to develop and execute inventory procurement strategies, optimize inventory investment, manage supplier sourcing and relationships, and improve procurement operations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, planning, logistics, and finance; strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and leadership skills; and the ability to lead a high-performing team. The position involves extended computer and meeting work, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and domestic or international travel to suppliers, warehouses, or retail environments.
