Description
The Leader, People owns the delivery and performance of People Operations across teams and locations, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, safety, compliance, Workday transactions, recruiting, performance management, training, and culture initiatives. The role leads and develops team members, coordinates with People Business Partners, recruiting, shared services, corporate People teams, and site or operations leaders, and drives consistent execution and continuous improvement. It is primarily office-based with regular interaction in manufacturing environments and may require occasional extended hours and travel.
