The Leader, Software Product Development Process Transformation will evolve software engineering practices, processes, methods, and tools for connected vehicle solutions. The role defines and rolls out development processes, aligns software, systems, architecture, integration, and validation teams, implements quality and continuous integration practices, establishes a transformation roadmap, tracks KPIs, and supports change management and automation initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in software or computer engineering, 12+ years of relevant software development experience, and experience in process improvement or organizational transformation.
