Description
The Tooling Engineering Manager leads the Tooling Engineering team and serves as the primary technical expert for tooling design, modeling, analysis, validation, and implementation for blade production. The role combines hands-on engineering work with project and supplier management and team leadership, including mentoring engineers, approving work products, and driving compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least six years of tooling, mold, fixture, or manufacturing engineering experience, advanced CAD and analysis skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities.
