Description
Caterpillar is hiring for its three-year Graduate Engineering Leadership Program (LTDP) in Rayong, Thailand. The program rotates participants through manufacturing assembly and fabrication operations, supply chain management, quality assurance, and an optional environmental, health, and safety track. Participants will apply engineering principles to improve production, quality, logistics, safety, and operational performance; lead cross-functional projects; analyze manufacturing data; and develop leadership capabilities. The role is full-time and on-site Monday through Friday, requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 1–2 years of experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
