Vale is hiring for its Leadership Development Program, a rotational experience for recent graduates or early-career professionals. Participants rotate through Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and People Operations; lead cross-functional projects; develop business and technology knowledge; build leadership networks; present recommendations to senior leadership; and identify a function for a future full-time placement. The program offers $125,000 annually plus options, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a company-funded ORCA card.
