Description
A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program is a 24-week, six-month accelerated training program with classroom and on-the-job components, offered in January and June. Participants begin at a nearby Pyle terminal, learn freight handling and LTL operations, work various shifts on docks and trucks, shadow leaders, participate in formal training, and develop leadership skills. Successful completion leads to advancement into a leadership role and placement within the Pyle network. The program requires a high school diploma or GED, prior work experience or relevant part-time, internship, or co-op experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate within the Pyle network.
