Description
A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program is a 24-week, six-month progression combining classroom and on-the-job training to prepare future leaders in transportation and logistics. Participants begin at a nearby Pyle terminal, learn freight handling and less-than-truckload operations, work various shifts on docks and in trucks, and engage with senior leadership. The program includes shadowing, project assignments, formal training, and placement within the Pyle network after successful completion. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, prior work experience or relevant part-time, internship, or co-op experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate within the Pyle network.
