Description
A. Duie Pyle’s Leadership Development Program is a 24-week, six-month accelerated training program with classroom and on-the-job components, offered in January and June. Participants begin at a nearby Pyle terminal, gain hands-on experience in freight handling, LTL operations, dock work, truck driving, and various shifts, and shadow senior leaders. The program covers operations, project implementation, brokerage, finance, and the transportation industry, with advancement into a leadership role after successful completion. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, prior work experience or relevant part-time, internship, or co-op experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate within the Pyle network.
