Axon is hiring for its Leadership Development Program, a two-year rotational experience for high-potential early-career talent. Participants will work in leadership-track roles across functions such as product management, sales, marketing, strategy and operations, finance, corporate development, people operations, investor relations, and product-focused teams, partnering with senior leaders and leading high-priority projects. The program begins in August 2027, is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, or Boston, Massachusetts, follows a hybrid schedule, and includes domestic and international travel. The base pay range is $60,000 to $96,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
