Description
Axon is hiring for its Leadership Development Program, a two-year rotational experience designed for high-potential early-career talent. Participants will work in leadership-track roles across functions such as product management, sales, marketing, strategy and operations, finance, corporate development, people operations, investor relations, and product-focused teams, partnering with senior leaders and leading high-priority projects. The program begins in August 2027 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, or Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, plus possible domestic and international travel.
