Griffis Residential is hiring a 12-month Leadership Development Program Associate with three rotations among Leasing Consultants, Assistant Community Managers, and Community Managers. The role covers leasing, resident account management, customer service, tours, move-ins, office operations, property management, capital projects, operating plans, financial forecasting, investor and owner reporting, and employee engagement. The program requires travel to communities of varying sizes, flexibility for weekends and occasional evenings, and availability to start in the third week of June.
