Description
Con Edison is hiring recent college graduates for an entry-level, 18-month rotational Leadership Development Program with Engineering, Information Technology, and Business tracks. Participants complete three six-month assignments across New York City, Westchester County, and Rockland County, including at least one supervisory operations assignment, while receiving coaching, mentoring, cross-functional training, and opportunities to present process-improvement recommendations to company leaders. The program develops leadership and technical capabilities in the energy industry and may lead to permanent positions after completion.
