FreedomCare is hiring a Leadership Development Program Manager for its Business Optimization team to build an enterprise leadership development system from the ground up. The role will establish a leadership philosophy and competency model, connect talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management, design differentiated development pathways, govern and scale programs, and measure leadership effectiveness against business outcomes. The position is remote with potential travel to the New York office or a FreedomCare hub, requires 7+ years of relevant experience, and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
