Description
Force Factor is hiring an MBA Associate for a 12-month Leadership Development Program. The role includes onboarding, four business-oriented rotations across people, finance, marketing, supply chain and operations, science and innovation, and sales and business development, followed by a final Leadership and Strategy rotation. Participants receive training and mentorship and transition into a Manager role upon successful completion. The program is office-first and open to relocation or living in the Greater Boston or Bentonville, Arkansas area.
