Club Car is recruiting candidates for its three-and-a-half-year Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, which consists of three one-year rotations and one six-month rotation across supply chain functions such as material planning, production scheduling, supply chain analysis, sourcing, manufacturing, and category management. Participants work alongside current supply chain teams, lead continuous improvement projects, receive professional certification and education support, and may rotate across Augusta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; Copenhagen, Delaware; and Jiaxing, China. The program requires a BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or an equivalent concentration, supply chain internship or related work experience, intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, and strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills; Six Sigma and data reporting experience are preferred. On-site presence is required, and relocation may be discussed during the program.
