Description
ProSidian is seeking a Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor to deliver civilian leadership and training services for United States Army Reserve Command and other DOD/Military clients across the Southeastern United States and U.S. East Coast. The role develops lesson plans, facilitates classroom and virtual instruction, conducts assessments, provides coaching and feedback, and supports curriculum improvements. It is a hybrid position with on-site and virtual delivery, initially on a contingent 1099 contract with possible conversion to a full-time W-2 position, and requires 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
