TRM Labs is hiring a Founding Leadership Recruiter to build and own senior and executive search across GTM, R&D, and G&A. The role partners with founders and executives to identify, engage, assess, and close VP, Head of, and C-level candidates; develops leadership recruiting processes, pipelines, and operating rhythms; and uses AI for market research, sourcing, candidate synthesis, and personalized outreach. Candidates need at least seven years of recruiting or executive search experience, including closing VP or C-level hires, with experience in high-growth startups, retained-style searches, executive networks, and multiple functions. The position is open to candidates located in the United States and is remote.
