Goodwill Industries is hiring a retail store leadership professional in Houghton, Michigan to assist with hiring, training, development, supervision, and evaluation of team members; operate the store within budget; process donations; schedule staff; order supplies; and complete safety, incident, team, and other reports. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant coursework, post-high school education preferred, at least two years of supervisory retail experience in planning, reporting, and inventory control, and availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Pay is commensurate with experience, and an exceptional benefit package is offered.
