Description
DCOH is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor in Darwin to lead and coordinate construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair activities. The role involves interpreting plans and specifications, coordinating labour, materials, tools and equipment, monitoring progress and safety, performing general building work, managing site resources, supporting tradespeople, mentoring team members, and resolving day-to-day site issues. Candidates need prior leading-hand, senior labouring, trades or construction-site experience, a current White Card, Australian driver's licence, forklift licence, scissor-lift competency, EWP licence, working-at-heights competency, and the ability to perform manual construction work safely.
