Description
The Leadman oversees and coordinates daily construction-site operations, supervising crews, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and safety compliance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting crew training. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of construction experience including one year in a supervisory or lead role, knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations, blueprint-reading ability, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include OSHA 30-hour safety certification, project management software experience, leadership or crew-management training, local building-code familiarity, and first aid and CPR certification.
