Description
The Lead Assembler oversees and coordinates the assembly of switchgear and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting, supervising assemblers, coordinating production and quality activities, training employees, troubleshooting issues, and leading continuous-improvement and safety initiatives. The role requires at least eight years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of systems such as Oracle, MES, or True View, the ability to work with engineering drawings and hardware specifications, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
