Description
Powell is hiring a Lead Person Fab for its Southeast Houston manufacturing facility. The role supports the first-shift steel fabrication department, directs hourly employees, organizes workflows, creates work orders and HFDs, mentors new hires, coordinates safety activities, troubleshoots machines, resolves quality issues, and supports inventory and material forecasting. The position follows a four-10 schedule from Monday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with overtime as needed, and requires prior leadership experience, PC and Windows software proficiency, technical-document reading ability, and ISO 9000 knowledge.
