High Concrete Group LLC is hiring a Leadperson for its 2nd Shift Material Handling crew in Denver, Pennsylvania. The role works Sunday through Thursday starting at 3:00 PM and is responsible for planning, directing, training, implementing, and supervising material-handling operations; coordinating shipping trailers; meeting production and safety schedules; and solving quality and safety issues. The position requires a CDL A driver's license, blueprint-reading ability, outdoor work year-round, and the ability to lead a team. Concrete or construction experience and 1–3 years in the precast or pre-stress industry are preferred.
