Brodie League is hiring a full-time League Manager in Winnipeg to run a basketball location end to end. The role leads a floor crew, manages game nights, athlete experience, retention and growth targets, season scheduling, payroll, scheduling, and administrative operations, and builds systems so the location can run without constant supervision. The position requires at least one year leading people, ownership of a recurring program or season, strong basketball and community relationships, and full-time availability for game nights and weekday work. Compensation is $20–$25 CAD per hour plus bonus and commission, with health and wellness benefits and professional development opportunities.
