Description
Jenoptik is seeking a Lean and Operational Excellence Manager to develop and improve site-wide operational excellence, analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, implement Lean methods, establish KPI systems and dashboards, lead cost-saving and waste-reduction projects, support digitization, coach improvement capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires an industrial engineering or comparable degree, several years of Lean and Operational Excellence experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, and German and English language skills.
