Description
TEHORA is seeking a Lean Construction Expert to define Lean strategic directions, structure implementation frameworks, train and coach site managers, support complex CAT4 and construction leadership transformation, and ensure the sustainability of Lean practices. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 16 years of relevant experience, recognized Lean Construction and Last Planner expertise, megaproject experience, and full French proficiency. Work may be remote or at a client’s premises, with flexible schedules and a calculated hourly-rate salary.
