Description
Vertiv is hiring a Lean Deployment Leader EMEA in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to own the deployment and embedding of lean methodologies across EMEA Spokes. The role covers deployment roadmaps, daily management systems, visual management, standard work, kaizen facilitation, gemba walks, training and certification programmes, maturity assessments, competency frameworks, and lean culture development. It requires at least seven years of lean or continuous improvement experience in multi-site or complex environments, operational deployment experience, kaizen event facilitation, instructional design, and fluent English. Up to 40% travel to EMEA Spoke locations is required.
