CAPRON GmbH is hiring a Lean Engineer to plan and implement Lean Management standards, train employees and managers, evaluate Lean results, develop final-assembly process descriptions, optimize production processes, determine standard times, and apply AI and automation. The role requires a technical degree or comparable qualification, Lean implementation experience, knowledge of Lean methods and Microsoft Office 365, and German and English language skills. It is based at the company’s plant in Neustadt in Saxony, with fixed working hours and a regular income.
