Gotion Inc. is hiring a Lean Engineer to drive operational excellence at its battery manufacturing facility in Manteno, Illinois. The role analyzes OEE data, leads root-cause analysis and Lean improvement projects, partners with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, establishes cross-functional Lean teams, and coaches employees on Lean concepts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–5 years of Lean or continuous improvement experience in manufacturing; EV battery, electronics, semiconductor, or high-volume automated manufacturing experience is preferred. The position is full-time, requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus a 15% bonus and benefits.
