Description
The Lean Engineering Specialist will drive factory performance and continuous improvement across regional manufacturing sites, including Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and Thailand. The role covers manufacturing process design and optimization, assembly-line and material-handling layouts, machinery and production-system analysis, operational sequencing, product-line improvements, lean initiatives, and employee and management training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, 5–8+ years of Lean Engineering or manufacturing continuous improvement experience, strong factory improvement and stakeholder-coaching experience, advanced English communication skills, and willingness to travel or work abroad occasionally.
