Additional Information

Minimum Education: Technical or craft training with further training to become a master or technician, ideally in textiles, clothing, or production; alternatively, a degree in clothing technology, textile technology, production engineering, business engineering, or a comparable field.
Required Previous Experiences: Several years of practical experience in a manufacturing company
Experience with process analyses, time studies, and production key figures
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in textiles, clothing, or production
Understanding of production processes, workflows, and material flow
Knowledge of Lean management and KVP
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, initiative, assertiveness, and ability to influence employees
