Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to develop and apply Lean Management principles across various company areas. This role involves identifying and eliminating waste, implementing reliable and safe lean processes, and continuously improving existing ones. The engineer will lead Kaizen projects, conduct audits, design production methods, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a medium-sized, high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.
