Forvia is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Engineer VIE to support plant performance and profitability through deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES), lean manufacturing practices, standardized work, digitalization, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on training and coaching plant teams, supporting production reliability, line balancing, lead-time reduction, and operational excellence across programs and plant functions within an international automotive environment.
