Description
Carboline is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Intern for a 12-week summer program at its Green Bay, Wisconsin plant, with an anticipated schedule of May 17 through August 6, 2027. The intern will work under the Plant Manager on hands-on lean improvement projects, including identifying inefficiencies, gathering data, supporting Kaizen events, tracking cost savings, and applying Lean Six Sigma problem-solving tools. The role requires a student pursuing an Industrial Engineering or related degree, availability for 30–40 hours per week, and housing in or near Green Bay.
