DBI is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Manager on a permanent contract for its Autun manufacturing site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Plants Director, the role leads Lean transformation and operational excellence across the manufacturing scope, including process optimization, continuous improvement projects, performance measurement, Lean training, data analysis, cross-functional strategy deployment, standardized work, and safety compliance. The position requires industrial engineering, operations management, or a related degree, 3 to 5 years of Lean transformation or continuous improvement experience, strong Lean and analytical skills, and on-site presence in Autun.
