Description
The Lean Manufacturing Responsible will design, implement, and consolidate Lean manufacturing practices across the organization to eliminate waste, improve quality, optimize production processes, and increase operational efficiency. The role leads continuous-improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, A3, root-cause analysis, and statistical control; standardizes best practices; manages production KPIs such as OEE and productivity; and supports training, change management, and communication. The posting seeks an industrial engineering, food science, chemistry, or biotechnology background and 3–7 years of Lean implementation experience in production environments, with food-industry experience preferred.
