Description

One Mobility Group is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Manager to drive process improvement and lean initiatives at their site in Masevaux, France. Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to analyze production flows and identify sources of waste.
Experience leading Lean initiatives such as Visual Manufacturing System (VSM), 5S, Single Minute Exchangeable (SMED), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, Standard Work, Kanban, and Tugger Train.
Ability to define and implement robust and sustainable operational standards.
Skill in optimizing workstation ergonomics and reducing cycle times.
Proficiency in implementing problem-solving methodologies such as Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC), Eight Disciplines (8D), and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA).
Ability to align activities with group strategy.
Capacity to support shop-floor teams in adopting Lean tools.
Contributing to the deployment of a continuous improvement culture across the site.
Ability to build, improve, and track performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rate, cycle time, defect rate, and productivity.
Knowledge of conducting time and motion studies.
Experience in conducting audits, such as ergonomic assessments and process capability evaluations.
Ability to propose and ensure follow-up on corrective or preventive action plans.
