Description
The role leads Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence across production in a semiconductor wafer fab environment. Responsibilities include deploying and improving Lean practices such as AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement workshops; coordinating with Production, Module, DTIT, Quality, Training, and support teams; and building a sustainable shopfloor Lean culture through coaching, standardization, and measurable improvement actions. The position requires an engineering or related degree, semiconductor manufacturing or production operations experience, Lean tool knowledge, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and cross-functional leadership. Candidates with similar experience may be considered for a senior appointment requiring at least five years of experience.
