Description
S&C Electric Canada is hiring a Lean Performance Systems Assistant for a day-shift co-op term in Winter 2027. The role analyzes current processes through time studies and continuous improvement activities, identifies waste, supports standard work and Kaizen initiatives, and helps implement process improvements. The position requires a relevant engineering or computer science post-secondary program, co-op eligibility, programming and analytical skills, mechanical and mathematical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with hourly pay of $22.70 to $36.40.
