Hendrick Technical Solutions is hiring a Lean Process Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina, to design, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes for defense and commercial products. The role leads continuous improvement initiatives, develops standardized work and process documentation, supports new product introduction and process validation, reduces defects and variation, and coaches operators and supervisors. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and experience in high-mix/low-volume or industrial manufacturing environments; defense, aerospace, motorsports, automated manufacturing, ERP/MRP, Lean Six Sigma, and quality-management-system familiarity are preferred. The position is subject to ITAR requirements and requires U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or U.S. person status.
