Gotion Inc. is hiring a Lean Supervisor to lead continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing initiatives across factory operations. The role focuses on OEE analysis, lean project execution, 5S and standardization, capacity and equipment performance, employee training, and compliance with lean standards. The position requires analytical, communication, leadership, and operational skills, with preferred experience in lean manufacturing, OEE systems, and high-volume production environments. The expected base pay range is $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
