RBC Bearings is hiring a full-time Lean Technician in Belton, South Carolina, to report to the Continuous Improvement Manager. The role leads Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility, including identifying waste and process risks, designing and installing visual management and workplace organization systems, using shop tools and fabrication methods, supporting improvement events, and presenting results. Candidates need strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on tool and equipment experience, the ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck certification, and willingness to complete Lean training and work overtime.
