Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Lean Technician in Jacksonville, Florida, to design, fabricate, assemble, and improve custom shop-floor solutions. The role supports safety, ergonomics, workflow, quality, and productivity improvements through hands-on fabrication, tool use, welding, measurement, testing, and coordination with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, or similar experience, and the ability to use shop tools and read basic drawings. It is based in the company’s Jacksonville facilities, requires regular trips to the SEA Fabrication Shop, and includes up to 15% travel.
