Compass Group is hiring a full-time Lean Technician at its Fresh & Ready FG NC commissary in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role supports Lean Manufacturing implementation and sustainment by partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Warehouse teams to identify process improvements, eliminate waste, implement standard work, facilitate 5S and visual management, support Kaizen events, and build a culture of continuous improvement. Previous manufacturing experience is required, preferably in food manufacturing, and the position pays $28.00 to $34.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted until the position is filled.
