Description
Decoded is hiring a Learner Success Coach to support apprentices and learners through training, assessment, individualised learning plans, progress monitoring, employer partnerships, quality assurance, and compliance. The role requires apprenticeship delivery experience, knowledge of the UK further education and technology sectors, data analysis and database skills, strong communication and project management abilities, and experience with apprenticeship platforms such as Bud. The coach reports to a Senior Learner Success Coach and receives private health care, pension contributions, holiday, and other benefits.
