Description
Amazon is hiring an internal Operations Training Specialist to manage onboarding and training for new associates, coordinate cross-training, track learning indicators, monitor process rates and quality, communicate risks and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. The role follows a 3 x 2 schedule across day or night shifts and requires a high school education or equivalent, at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 49 pounds and performing frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
