Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Learning & Development Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term role supporting learning delivery, LMS maintenance, compliance and technical training content, facilitation, and backup Academy coverage across New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. The position requires at least two years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field, experience in production, manufacturing, or technical industries, and familiarity with LMS platforms and tools such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
